For questions pertaining to our website, web orders, and website product you can email cs@cqydenim.com. If your inquiry is about an order, please include the order number in your email.

Orders will be shipped same day if ordered by 12pm PST Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 12pm Monday - Friday and on Saturday and Sunday or Holidays will be shipped on the next business day. For more information please visit our Shipping page.
We will accept any defective or unworn merchandise for refund or exchange within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. For more information please visit our Returns page.
If you are an account holder, you can track the progress of your order by logging into your account and visiting your Order History. When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

We offer complimentary ground shipping on all orders over within the continental United States. If you choose 2 Day or Overnight Shipping, regular charges will apply. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is available at a flat rate. We are unable to ship orders to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

By creating an account you are able to store address information and view all your order history in one place. This enables you to experience a faster checkout process as your customer information such as address information will be prefilled when you checkout as a logged in customer.

Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped.
We do not offer gift certificates at this time.
To cancel an order please email us at cs@cqydenim.com. Please include your order number in the subject line along with “Cancel Order”. Please note only orders that have not been processed and shipped can be cancelled. Any cancellation request after your order has shipped must be processed as a return.
Yes, size chart is available on each product page.

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that we do not yet have on-hand. These orders will be shipped as soon as the inventory becomes available. Please allow one week from the date noted on the pre-order product page for order shipment.
We collect sales tax in states where we have a physical CQY store or location. This will be calculated automatically at checkout. Sales tax may be added to the following states: California.
